You are asking at the wrong forum, that's a question for their support.
Most probably it's either detecting the FileZilla Installer marker in the Registry, or it scans the executable files on your disk, in order to extract PE information details.

Use of third-party programs to update FileZilla is not recommended. Please always use the built-in update functionality.
