Filezilla new user randomly started receiving error

I am new to Filezilla and am using it for a class with my mac. I was using it with Microsoft Azure and having no issues. I randomly started having issues where it would block me. Below is what I am seeing.
Can anyone please offer suggestions on how to fix this?

The error message comes from the server and has nothing to do with FileZilla.

If the error occurs every time with that file, the server has problems with the access rights (no Write privilege). If the error occurs intermediately/sporadic, an AV software on the server machine could be the culprit.

Any recommendations on what to do to resolve this issue?
As I mentioned I have not changed anything on my end so not sure why the access would change.

Needs to be fixed at the server side. Might have to ditch that aggressive AV software locking the files on access.
