The problem as indicated in the subject.
It has been there for a while.
The initial speed is around 750 Kb – 1.3 Mb, but after several seconds the transfering stops and kicks back in at the speed of 25 Kb – 56 Kb. And the next interruption in the transfer might take up to 40 minutes and more...
What do you recommend I do?

Could the server be overloaded?

Could your ISP be throttling you?

That's low indeed. But I doubt it's FZ's fault. I've had such snail speeds a while back and it was an ISP issue.
