Wizard tests successful but still "critical error" message

I've only use FileZilla a few years and even then, only occasionally. In the past, always a success in logging in and uploading but now I get the error message (see clip). I used the network wizard, and reset entering my external IP. The Wizard gave it a thumbs up with a successful connection. But when I use Quick connect, it fails as shown by the error message.

What am I missing?

Response: 331 Please specify the password.
Command: PASS ********
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

According to the log snippet, wrong username and/or password. Alternatively, your account could have been suspended (maybe for inactivity). You need to contact server support for any account-related problems.

Well yesterday FileZilla offered and I downloaded the current update and its now 3.46.

Silly question, but where do I find server support, when I search or poke around, I get lists and pages to read...thanks and help much appreciated.

Server support = the people running the server you're connecting to. We cannot know who these people are.
