I created ftp on my Windows 10 computer and opened port in router, i enter my local ip and port i used when i created server. I am sure ip is right, i have static ip. I gave it username User, no password. I put one folder for sharing. And when i try to access my computer over wifi, using either explorer, or firezilla on notebook. It says: can't connect retry in 20 second and in explorer: couldn't find this folder... I even enabled in network center file sharing etc. I also enabled firezilla app in firewall. No idea why i cannot connect.
Please any ideas ?

EDIT: ok it was firewall, blocking my connection, now it works. Never mind...
