http://ip.filezilla-project.org/ uses HSTS, but the https:// response has an invalid HTTPS certificate (it was issued by Let's Encrypt to to filezilla-project.org, not ip.filezilla-project.org). This makes the service inaccessible
The fix is easy: just request a new certificate with certbot with
-d filezilla-project.org -d www.filezilla-project.org -d ip.filezilla-project.org
I don't really need it, but someone could

This service is intended to be used with FileZilla products only, which do not support TLS with this service.

@Zane:
Hi, I had to remove the three guide links from your signature, let me explain why.
We generally appreciate guides and tutorials for FileZilla products, especially in new languages. The guides themselves are probably not the problem (although I can't read them). The problem is that your site makes use of heavy tracking and advertising, our forum rules strongly forbid any linking to such sites.
We have, for documentation, our own
FileZilla Wiki. You are more than welcome to create and maintain your guides there, while entirely conforming to the rules.
