552 disk full error filezilla

I have just started to get a error on Filezilla saying 552 disk full error when trying to upload small php files, they are only 7KB and the max is 17KB so not massive files. The error only started a few hours ago and never happened before, I spoke to my host and they said my reseller account server is running a bit low on space but it isn't critical or full yet so unsure why I am getting the error on Filezilla

Has anyone else had this issue?

The server thinks its disk is full. Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance.
