Is there a way to download a queue however instruct Filezilla to not download a certain type of file such as .exe, .scr and so on? I have a couple of clients that store files that I am not contracted to backup and they are all mixed in. I backup huge databases and prefer to save the time and space.

Check out the directory listing filters (menu View). Items filtered out from listings will not be transferred.
