Hello,
I have a website that uses the Shopify platform.
Is this possible I can use Filezilla to access my products and images from Shopify?

As long as your platform provides an FTP server, sure.

From shopify admin, I could not see anything related to FPT.
Let me check with shopify support.

You need to check the service where your site is hosted.

Please note that FTP is all about file transfers (no matter what files). Actual configuration will be done by other means.
