Tried a few times and get the error message

You appear to be behind a NAT router. Please configure the passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router.
Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in (see below)

Can anyone tellme what to do?

According to the log, FileZilla Server runs just fine. Please note that FileZilla and FileZilla Server are two different products.
