I updated Filizilla and now all my remote file info is gone. I am in the correct remote file but it is nothing like I've seem before. If I click on htmlpublic in the remote file, I can eventually get to my stored info. But how do I get it to automatically appear in the beginning.

Have a look at the default remote directory on the advanced page in the Site Manager.
