Having been using FileZilla for over a year with no issues and just this week can no longer connect to the server.

Status: Connecting to specs.thefuseshop.com...
Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=9
Command: open "thefuse19@specs.thefuseshop.com" 22
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

I ran the network configuration wizard and got this:

Connecting to probe.filezilla-project.org
Connection established, waiting for welcome message.
Response: 220 FZ router and firewall tester ready
USER FileZilla
Response: 331 Give any password.
PASS 3.50.0
Response: 230 logged on.
Checking for correct external IP address
IP 192.168.1.7 bjc-bgi-b-h
Response: 510 Mismatch. Your IP is 192.171.208.242, bjc-bhb-cai-cec
Wrong external IP address
Connection closed

Any way to correct and be able to connect again?

Two different issues here. There does not seem to be a working SFTP server at the target address. To get active mode FTP to work, please refer to our Network Configuration guide.

The person who set this up for us had to whitelist my IP address and I'm back in now. Since they had already had to do that previously I did not think the issue would come up again. Appreciate your comment!
