I'm the only one on my team that is getting this message - Is this a hack or was this an update I missed? Please help

Under the assumption that the others on your team have been connecting to this server both in the past and recently, and you are also the only one getting this, then there is a malware on your machine. If however your team members have never connected to the server in the past, they obviously would not see a changed hostkey notification if they connected now.
