Hi, Can anybody help me? When I try to log in, this is what I get. I have no idea what to do as I am completely new.

The error means that the server doesn't accept the login data you provide. If you think your credentials are correct, you need to contact server support, directly, as the error comes from their server, not from FileZilla.
