I use Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia, i'm new on Linux. Filezilla work with Linux Mint?

The official Linux binaries will not work as your distro is too old.

The version from the Package Manager will work, but is very old and not supported here.

A self-compiled version might work.

Installing Wine and running the Windows version of Filezilla is probably your best bet.

Just update to Debian stable and keep it stable. All problems past, present and future solved.
