Or, perhaps it's just me...

I just set up a web account with a firm that uses cPanel. I checked my FTP account settings, no problem.

Using FileZilla, V3.51.0, I was able to enter the host, username, and password; then click QuickConnect and I was able to access the site. No problem. However, when I went to File->Site Manager, entered the same info, and then tried the dropdown menu, it never connected. Yes, I have checked for typos. So, I am confused! Please help.

Please try the most recent version, we cannot support outdated versions.

I found the problem - in the Site Manager, the box for sftp was checked. Once unchecked, I was able to access the site. Now, all I need to do is fix this...
