Slow Download Speeds on Mac

I'm having an issue where download speeds are outrageously long. I have 1/2 a GB of internet speeds, but download times of 10+hours for a 4 GB file. Upload speeds are completely normal. I've tried passive mode. I've tried changing the maximum downloads allowed to 10 and nothing has helped. I uninstalled and reinstalled FZ and we reset the server we are trying to download from multiple times with no success. I am running on a brand new iMac Pro (Big Sur) and have had no issues like this before today and I am also paying for FileZilla Pro. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
