Filezilla for Win7

Hi, all.
This is my first on-topic post, so any help is appreciated.
I know someone on a borrowed PC that has *gasp* Windows 7. He/she is still fairly comfortable using this as the antivirus still runs with active updates until at least New Years Day.
Which FileZilla version is available for Win7? Does he/she just download the latest? It only mentioned Windows 8 and up on the download page.
