Folders (Directories) have -rwa under Filename

Hi,
I'm the new IT guy here in this company and I'm trying to access the files of shared folder in a Windows 95 computer (yep, you read it right), I'm able to download everything using the Windows command line, but using Windows Explorer as soon as I click in any of the directories, I get a 550 error ( No such directory), with Filezilla I get access to the directories, but all directory (folders) all named -rwa and/or have a question mark in them, when I click in any folder or file I get: " Status: Retrieving directory listing...
Status: Directory listing of "\" successful
Status: Retrieving directory listing of "\-rwa"...
Command: CWD \-rwa
Response: 550 c:\xl\usr\supervsr\-rwa: No such directory.
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing "
I was able to download files only if I put them in the queue first, clicking directly won't work. Also I was able to download because I got the directory listing using the windows command line, so I knew the name of the files I wanted. Any solution for the file naming, I wouldn't mind adding them to the queue and downloading them.
Thanks in advance!!
