Transferring Data to Backblaze B2 Cloud

I currently have been making back up of video content through FileZilla Pro to my B2 cloud storage from Backblaze. We have pretty fast internet in my office but it takes forever to get files uploaded to the cloud.
In general, the file size ranges from 200 GB's - 800 GB's. Any recommendations for increasing the upload speed to the database?
