Hi everyone, recently FileZilla shows me a yellow background for certain connections. Here an example:

Does anybody know what it means? Maybe it is a new functionality indicating I am under a secure connection (SSL)? Or it's just a bug?

It's not a bug, it's a feature! You can set different background colors for your sites, as a visual aid for the tabbed functionality. Check the Site Manager entry for your server.
