How to retrieve files

In 2012 I created a web site with the domain name of base0200.org. Rackspace hosted the site until 2017. I shut down for reconstruction. In 2021 I tried to revamp the site through Rackspace and they stated they no longer had the files. They suggested I go to FileZilla and download the files. I went to FileZilla input the host ID and Password; however I could not find the web site files
