How to change the API Key linked to a website upload?

Hi,

I've been uploading to a website for years. I had to generate a new API key for this website for another issue. When I did this it said that I'd have to change my settings with any FTP clients. I went into FileZilla to upload a file to this website as usual this morning and it no longer works. The error message received is Response: 530 Login incorrect. Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server. I've deleted the site from the site manager list and re-entered it hoping to get an opportunity to enter the new API Key, but there seems now way to do this. Any help would be great?

Please double-check your login credentials, watch our for character case and leading/trailing whitespace. Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance if the issue persists.
