I need a solution. A device is sending data to FTP. The data in the FTP server folder will be forwarded to the SFTP address. In summary, to provide FTP to SFTP conversion of the device that does not have SFTP feature.

This type of software is called gateway or bridge. You need an FTP to SFTP gateway/bridge.
