Reviewing Download or Upload Speeds and Time

While downloading or uploading files, I see a progress bar with fluctuating time and speed. After download or upload is completed, is there a way to view the actual total time and average speed of the download and/or upload?

If you have enabled the file logs (in Settings), the figures should be written to it.

Without file logs, no.
