Hello to all,
I created a connection with one of our suppliers who only gave us access to write files. I managed to connect but when I try to move a file I get this message:

Comando: STOR BM20_403911_20220302094000.txt

Errore: Errore critico trasferimento file
Can anyone help me understand why you’re giving me this mistake?
thank you very much
Marco

Re: Errore critico trasferimento file
It says "Permission denied", which means the server doesn't allow you to perform the requested operations because the user you've logged in with lacks permissions to perform them.
You need to address this issue with your supplier.

Re: Errore critico trasferimento file
Hi Oibaf,
Thanks for the answer!
The provider only gave me write access. Could it be related to this? Maybe these permissions aren’t enough for me to transfer files?
Because I’ve already tried some transfers, and the supplier gets my files, but they’re empty. Do I have to get further permission?
Thank you
Marco

Re: Errore critico trasferimento file
The STOR command fails with "permission denied" too, which means you have no permissions to write files either, at least in the directory you are in. You should really talk this out with your supplier, they are the only ones able to solve this issue for you. Ask them all the questions you're asking here, and they should be able to fix the issue.marco.martinetti wrote: ↑2022-03-03 07:21The provider only gave me write access. Could it be related to this?
