Slow upload speed

When uploading files even a file as small as 100 MB it can take 30 minutes to upload,
I verified my upload speed with my internet provider and I have 35 MBPS upload speed. but they don't know why it takes me so long to upload to filezilla.

Any help will me much appreciated

Note that FileZilla is merely the tool you are using to transfer files, there is no such thing as "upload to filezilla".

Especially during transfer, are you experiencing a lot of packet loss on the route to the server?

Not quite sure what that means but the progress is extremely slow
