I know nothing about FTP. I'm trying to set up a FZ Pro server on my MacBook Air so that I can transfer images from my camera to the laptop via an Apple Airport Express used as an access point that's not connected to the internet. I find the setup process utterly cryptic and don't even know what values to enter for Host, Username, Password or Port. I tried putting my laptop's address (System Preferences > Sharing > (XXX)-MacBook-Air.local as the host. I also turned off Firewall.
Can anyone give me basic setup instructions? The documentation provides no clues for a newb like me.
Please help this newb set up FZ Pro server on Mac

Re: Please help this newb set up FZ Pro server on Mac
There is no such thing as "FZ Pro server".
FileZilla Pro is a client, it allows you to connect to existing servers through a variety of protocols in order to transfer files.
Is there a server running on the camera?

If you need help with FileZilla Server (with FTP clients on the cameras), you need to move over to the free forum. Server doesn't have any Pro version, at least as of now.
No support requests over PM! You will NOT get any reply!!!
