Server Certificate

#1 Post by jkerry211 » 2022-04-21 04:27

I have the latest update for FileZilla. But when I log into our server it keeps showing Server Certificate not trusted. We have server certificates on the server from GoDaddy. Can not check the boxes to trust them. They are grayed out.

How can I get this work work.

That means the certificate the FTP server software sends is expired. Expired certificates are invalid and cannot be trusted permanently.

You need to renew the certificate for the FTP server software, too. My guess is that you renewed it only for the web servers (HTTP). Both are independent services with individual configurations, including certificates.
