Large Files for Testing DL Speed

I am looking for a site that has a 5GB test file that can be downloaded using Filezilla for checking DL speed. I need data to show my ISP and don't want to share my private DL data. At this point all I can find is sites that I can upload to and then download from but these have time limits I cannot make.

What would be perfect is a site that supports dl'ing a 5 GB dummy test file and provides Host and Port connection to use Filezilla.

This is one of the only useful use-cases for a cloud providers. Temporary servers to test against.
