Can't login to root access droplet using Putty and Filezilla

Why can't I login using putty and filezilla to ssh root access. Even yesterday, all works fine. I do nothing with ssh on my account in DigitalOcean. But I still can login with ssh using droplet console di DigitalOcean. But still, I need filezilla to upload my files to droplet. I also attach my errors in png below.
