Hello,
I use filezilla for few years without problem. Since about 3 week, the Root directory has changed but I don’t know why :
Example :
- before the root directory was "/download/xxxx"
-Now, it is "/customers/3/5/2/alfanovisualdata.com/httpd.www/download/xxxx"
The part "/customers/3/5/2/alfanovisualdata.com/httpd.www" is new, have you a idea why this path has changed please?

It is possible your server administrator or hosting provider has changed it.
