How to: transfer file on every change?

Hi, I'm a rookie
I would like to know if it is possible to automate the transfer of a file with each change

I have an excel file: Z:/mystuff/myfile.xls
I have a site that reads excel file: vvv.mysite.me/folder-excel

Whenever from my PC I change something in myfile.xls file,
I would like it transferred/copied overwriting the old file contained in vvv.mysite.me/folder-excel

Could you tell me if it's possible and how to do it?

This can only be done manually with FileZilla.

BUT i need AUTOMATIC tranfert/upload

.. i thinking about and maybe i found a 90% solution, but unfortunately not with Filezilla

Using my Cobian backup program, i have just find that i can program the upload from my PC to my WEBSITE by FTP protocol,
i can program one upload every day or week or every xx minute ...

Unfortunately Cobian cant upload every time we change the excel file ... but one upload every night or every hour will be enough for me

Hope this can help other people (and also me when I'll forget this solution anda come back here for asking ;-P )
