how can I find the password that file zilla wants to see?
Depends on which password you mean.
Master password? You defined it yourself when enabling the option. There is no backdoor nor recovery possible. Deleting the master password is possible without knowing it, but you'll lose all stored site passwords.
Server password? You will get that from your hosting company, or the operator of the server you want to connect to.
