I am a critical juncture. I moved a file, all in the file, and I don' t see a way to put it back. I stopped it there. I don't know what to do.

I am this marker. c:\Archive\webserver\petgroomerads2007\brilliant_oet\rev.tem\nav\mobile\popup\

It is the \nav\ that is problem. That is just a folder with some quick staff in it, and I put the mobile inside by error and mobile is very full with many. MOBILE has moved there. Well it has done yet, this is the potential but I cannot find a way to move MOBILE.

If worse comes to worse what I will do is to remove what is there. I haven't yet posted live. How do I go about removing this fully and starting all over again please with a clean install for Filezilla.

In FileZilla? You can use Drag & Drop. However, as you are referring to the local side, just use File Explorer and the normal Cut - Paste sequence for moving mobile back to where it was.

I see mobile and all it contains too. When i have mobile selected it comes up and says the destination folder is a subfolder of the source folder.

Forget FileZilla, the files and directories are right on your PC. Just use the OS Explorer to right click "mobile", then Cut, then open the directory it belongs into, then Paste.

If you didn't close FileZilla meanwhile, press then F5 to refresh the listing.

Your posts are very confusing.

The files and directories you mangled are on the local side (C:\).
As such, just use Windows Explorer for navigating to "c:\Archive\webserver\petgroomerads2007\brilliant_oet\rev.tem\nav", right click the "mobile" directory, and select "Cut" (or the Cut scissors icon in Windows 11) from the menu that appears.
Then, navigate back to the place where "mobile" belongs, right click into the empty space and select "Paste" (or the Paste icon in Windows 11). Windows will then move the "mobile" directory back here.

Sorry, but we really don't have the resources for extensively teaching Operating System basics.
