Hi, I am new to FileZilla and are having trouble connecting to our server. If you could help, that would be great!
The response every time we try to connect is: Response: 550 Home directory does not exist
The next line puts out: Error Critical Error: Could not connect to the server.

The server does not have a Home/root directory for the FTP account set up. If it is your server, you need to define at least once directory for the account, so it has a directory to start in. If it is NOT your server, you need to contact the server administrator for that very same task.

Still the same answer. The server administrator forgot to set a valid Home directory for your FTP account on the server. Just get in touch with server support to have this fixed. Not fixable from your side.
