How Do I transfer a file from a remote server to my home computer on Mac?

Hello,

I have a remote server with a 65G database file that I'd like to transfer to my home computer.

Can this be accomplished using Filezilla? I have both client and server installed locally and client installed on remote computer.

Windows 2012 R2 server is remote, iMac Catalina is local.

If you want to access the file on the remote PC, the Server must be installed there, not locally.
