Filezilla in catalá and not in spanish????

I hope that somebody explain me why the filezilla installer have catalá as language and not spanish!!!!!! Catalá isn't a Spain's official language, is a official Spanish region's language.

I like Filezilla but I was surprised too when I saw that It was in Catala and not in Spanish. Only few things are translated to Spanish.

I am working on the Spanish translation., but I sent an email to the developer and I have not received any answer.
