file type changes: csv to done

Dear FileZilla,

I have some problems during file transfer throught sftp server.
In the meantime when I upload the .csv files to sftp server, the format automatically change to .done file.
The done file is not acceptable to that portal, where I transfer the files, in this case the file transfer is not sucess.

Our local IT officer tried to make some setting changes in my device, but the problem still persists.

How can I set in FileZilla that the .csv file transfer as .csv file and not as .done file?

I very much appreciate any comments, because the problem is quite urgent.

FileZilla does not change file extensions. This is something the server you are connecting to is doing and nothing we have any control over. Please contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance.
