Good Day and Thanks for your help.

We have a filezilla account setup for our church and havent logged on in a couple years. Will our files and data still be there? We have been unable to login with our old settings. We receive Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server.

Please advise what information is needed to help support this restore of our account, if possible? We had a lot of old audio that we are looking to retrieve.
