newbie and need help

I am working with a business and they want to send me a TXT file through FTP. However, they are asking for my Username, Password, and Hosting information. Usually, when a company sends me there FTP file they give me their host infomration, username, and password and I connect through filezilla and retrieve their file. I am not sure how to do this. Please help

They want to upload the file to an FTP server provided by you.

I'd like to thank you for your response and you are appreciated. I am new to Filezilla kinda and I have been trying to find out how to host an FTP server via Filezilla. I googled it and CHATGPT it but I really haven't figured out how. Could you point me in the right direction, please? Thank you.
