when I access "https://filezilla-project.org/" from my company's IP, it becomes "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".
I've checked my company's filters and they haven't blocked or anything like that.

Can you please investigate the cause?

There is some unusual behavior coming from the mentioned IP address, with lots of timed out requests hitting the webserver. As part of automatic abuse prevention, once certain thresholds are reached, problematic IP addresses are temporarily banned for a short while.

Please check the quality of your internet connection and avoid using third-party software or network appliances that might do things like probing the server.
