Cannot Publish in Visual Studio with FileZilla Open

I have the latest release from FZ and when I go to Publish a project in Visual Studio I get the below message. It ONLY occurs when I have started FileZilla.

"The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with user-mapped section open."

The research I find is it tells me that another application has the file open. Again it ONLY occurs when I open FileZilla.

Can any help??

I think i solved it. It was my Webroot software. I shut that down and Visual Studio Publishes as expected.
