Yesterday we were connecting and sending files without any issues until about 1:00 PM in the afternoon. After that it won't connect to the server. After putting in the password the messages are as follows:
Connection Established
Waiting for welcome message
Response; server ready
234 AUTH TLS success
Initializing TLS
Password required for (user name) - We did put the password in and it has not changed
Connection time out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Could not connect to server
No idea what to do. Any suggestions?
