Hi!

I've made an interesting observation with Filezilla. Whether my internet connection is fast (500 Mbps) or somewhat slower (150 Mbps), the speed at which I download data remains consistently at 12 MiB/s.

Could someone explain the reason for this? Are there any tips or tricks to enhance the efficiency of my downloads?
