I'm trying to creat RSS feed.
I have written all the xml. That was the easy bit.
It's the publishing thats hard.
I've got a programme called RSS publisher
To publish stuff I have to enter certain information into a box. That Info I don't know.

I Know what to put in the feed section.
But I don't have a clue what to do with the FTP bit.
