Cannot install Filezilla_3.4.0_win32-setup.exe in Windows 7
I Cannot install Filezilla_3.4.0_win32-setup.exe in Windows 7 Premium (x64) in my laptop.
I get a message " "the version of this file is not compatible with the version of the Windows you are running. check your computer's system info.... etc."
Please advise.

Looks like the file has been corrupted during transfer. Make sure the file's SHA-512h hash matches the ones provided on http://filezilla-project.org/ to verify that you have a correct copy.

I just downloaded the same file and it installed fine. Only difference is that this time I downloaded to My Documents; last time to a USB drive. Do you think that was the reason ? How? USB is FAT32 and HD is NSFT. Is this the reason?

Possibly. Especially cheap, no-name USB devices are often causing trouble, as well as counterfeit brand products.
