Neebie looking for some info/help

Hello all,
Sorry if that has been covered I have not look through the forum very much. I have a touch screen that uses a SD card to collect data. According the the manual I need an FTP client to obtain this data via ethernet. The touch screen is on a network ging through a Switch. I have communicetion with the touch screen but do not know how to set up Filezilla to aquire the .csv file I need.

Take a look at http://wiki.filezilla-project.org/Using.

This will walk you through setting up a connection. The example.com in the first image would be the IP address or hostname of the touch screen.
