need some explain about this filezilla

hi guy's im jimmy i juyst rent a server whit serverway.com and they seem to realy dont care to explain how this work to me cuzz im a real noob whit ftpp i dont even know what it is i just downloaded the latest version ands im trying to upload some mod's on my server .it suppose to be whit the programe that i can upload them can someone explain how this work plz

on the left upper corner of this page is "documentation" and you do have help files in filezilla

you might want to look at this (note it is for their site so some things could be different) such as passive might or might not be used
and you will need your site info and login
