ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server

All of a sudden I get the error

"ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server"


Here is the weird part? I can connect via filezilla to one server but not to another. I upgraded to the latest filezilla. Both servers are on different IP's. No changes have been made at the server level.

Anyone ever had this problem. If so please advised on what you did to resolve.

There's a problem on the server end or with the network. Confirm by trying a different PC or a different FTP client.
